Max Ovadia from Brooklyn, NY, chose Israel for his bar mitzvah celebration. Along with his parents Sarit and Jack, they were warmly greeted by IDF veterans upon arrival. In addition to participating in various sporting events at the center, they enjoyed a private guided tour. This allowed them to witness firsthand the essential role our facilities play in supporting Israeli heroes and their families. They had the opportunity to meet veterans who have sacrificed greatly to protect Israel. Max even embraced the challenge of competing against members of the wheelchair tennis and basketball teams, creating meaningful connections and unforgettable memories.
