Houses of Light Church Hosted Beit Halochem Delegation

Beit Halochem West Coast was honored to hear the presentations from the Swords of iron War Delegation this week. We are also appreciative of all of our volunteers who worked tirelessly to make this an all of our events come to life. The Houses of Light Church was a gracious host and we enjoyed meeting their community.

The Swords of Iron War Delegation is made of of speakers injured in The Swords of Iron war who also was help in their recovery by a Beit Halochem center. These speakers have come to spread awareness of the current state of Israel.

Each speaker has a unique and moving story about how Beit Halochem provided crucial support following their harrowing experiences in war. Discover more about these incredible individuals and how Beit Halochem played a pivotal role in their recovery journey.

Delegation member Shalev Best from Beit Halochem Beer Sheva was a squad leader in the police special forces on Oct 7th and was injured along with three others. See photos of his journey through rehabilitation.

Delegation member Eden Ram from Beit Halochem Jerusalem shared a video of her own recovery and details her experience here.

Delegation member Orr Sheizaf talks in this video about being a reservist called up to fight. In this article, Orr is fully recovered and back to winning marathons.
